SPRING INCUBATOR 24
The Live Music Industry Incubator in 2024 was the first project of its kind. In collaboration with SPOT Festival and Fermaten, we created a program for young, visionary industry professionals from all over Europe. The purpose was to conceive, develop, and realize projects that could tackle the industry's most pressing challenges. It was a success that demonstrated the great potential in bringing together the new generation of the music industry.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The program consisted of several phases that guided participants from idea to action:
Planning & Research:
The project team attended conferences like Eurosonic to find participants and collaboration partners.
Online Kick-off & Project Development:
10 participants from Central Jutland and 10 international participants were selected. They met for online workshops where they were introduced to each other and inspired by presentations from organizations such as Dansk Live, SPOT Festival, and Fermaten.
Incubator Camp & Talk at SPOT+:
The program culminated in a two-day bootcamp in Aarhus. Here, participants worked to develop 4-8 selected projects, which were subsequently presented at SPOT+ to the wider industry.
Anchoring & Project Realization:
Each group was assigned a mentor to help them realize their projects over the following months. The ambition was for several of the developed projects to be
